Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- We offer several shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping
- We currently ship to the following countries.
- International shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tnuc.com.au or Majordeals Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address to ensure timely delivery.
6. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
